Joseph "JJ" Reinhart is an outstanding chef currently on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. This resourceful food-smith has risen quickly and deftly to prestigious heights. Formerly working as Chef de Cuisine at the Playboy Mansion West under Executive Chef William Carter, he spear-headed the fine dining program. He also has spent two years at the Ritz Carlton, Marina del Rey in the Four Star Jer-ne Restaurant under Executive Chef Troy N. Thompson. He has recently begun a new adventure with the world renowned Iron Chef Masarahu Morimoto, taking a position at Morimoto Waikiki, opening July 2010. His accomplishments aren't limited to the kitchen, however. JJ toured for three years with the Broadway show, "Blast!", performing in London, on Broadway, touring nationally, performing with such legends as the Three Tenors and Jennifer Lopez, recognized by HRH Prince Charles, and earning him both a Tony and an Emmy.
